Terms and Conditions for SimLayer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VR gaming services and content provided by SimLayer. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of our VR games, services, or associated materials ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and User Account

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license to use our intellectual property outside of the authorized scope. Unauthorized use may lead to legal consequences.

5. User Content and Conduct

You may have the ability to share, upload, or stream content through or related to our VR games. You retain rights to your content, but by submitting it to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service.

You agree not to upload or share any content that:
